What I love about the Flow hive is the ability to draw honey off a single frame.
This allows my family and friends to enjoy the enormous variety of honey flavours.
Through out this year we have from a single hive sampled honey made from Dogwood, Clover, Tea tree (Manuka), Flowering Gum, American Elm, Lavender and Nisa nectar.
Each of these flowering on and around our property in specific month of the year.
We have even harvested a frame mid winter.

We got our hive a few months ago and we have been learning and preparing ever since. We installed our bees last night and thanks to the videos we’ve been watching on thebeekeeper.org we felt so well prepared and the experience went smoothly. The hive itself is wonderful and they have truly thought of everything to give beginners the best start.
The flow hive classic is a great beginner hive. It arrived quickly and setup only took a couple hours.
