About the Role

We’re on the search for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, build authentic connection with our audience, and drive business results. You’ll balance big picture thinking with day-to-day execution—shaping our story, crafting campaigns, and turning insight into results.
Reporting to the CEO & GM, this role sits alongside our Growth Marketing Manager (digital ads, UX and ecommerce optimisation) and involves leading a team that includes our Social Media Manager, in-house media production, and Key Accounts Coordinator. We work from our spectacular Byron Bay office, and most of us do a couple of days a week from home. Flow is a purpose-driven company, and we're a dynamic bunch who care about what we’re doing.
You’ll take the reins on marketing direction — devising strategy across markets, refining our brand identity, coordinating the team to bring out their best, rolling up your sleeves to get involved where you’re needed, and combining creative ideas with analytical rigour to deliver real business outcomes.
