Honestly - this is a ridiculously good job for the right person! We’re an international business based around bees, beekeeping, and creating a positive impact on the planet. And we’re on the lookout for an experienced Key Account Coordinator to join our amazing Sales and Distribution team.
Our wide reaching on-the-ground Flow family of key supporters are an important cornerstone to Flow’s international success. So we need somebody both fabulous and passionate to work closely with and support our wonderful Australian & international Ambassadors, Resellers, Clubs and high value customers.
Any beekeeping knowledge would be beneficial, but if you’ve never kept a bee in your life, don’t worry - we’ll teach you about them!
This is a full-time position (4-5 days per week).. Our team works from our incredible northern NSW office, and you’ll also be able to work some days from home.
You have substantial retail and or wholesales sales experience and love working with customers, and you're excited to both exceed their expectations and achieve targeted sales. (preferably 3+ years).
You’ve got key customer experience having been a great key account coordinator or account manager (preferably 1+ years).
You’ve worked with customer databases and are an old hand at learning new software applications and working with a range of online platforms.
You have experience in and are great at (and sincerely enjoy) communicating and cultivating productive relationships with all sorts of people from all walks of life, all cultures, all backgrounds and all countries.
You have excellent written and spoken English, plus strong numeracy skills.

Account support: Ensuring this important group of wholesale, retail and high value customers have the best possible experience and outcomes from all aspects of their relationship with Flow.
New applicant reviews and support: Assessing & making recommendation on new applicants to Flow’s on-the-ground programs (Flow's Certified Ambassadors, Authorised Resellers, Beekeeping Club Support) then onboarding and proactively supporting them to achieve ongoing success and engagement.
Key customer sales: Responding to enquiries both for high volume orders and from high value customers, providing timely quotes and communications while working through the sale and afterwards supporting them to achieve ongoing success and engagement.
Maintaining regular communication: Instigating regular communications with these key parties to keep them up to date and encouraging an ongoing relationship with Flow and all Flow’s programs have to offer them.
Collaboratewith Flow’s Distribution Manager and contribute towards strategic planning of the programs to grow the number of participants, the geographic reach and the effectiveness of each program, as measured by customer satisfaction and total sales.
Collaboratewith Flow’s other teams to optimise outcomes for key customers.
Contribute to planning and creating content for outbound quarterly newsletters, make regular posts to group pages on social media for the participants of Flow's on-the-ground programs.
