If you choose a monthly membership, the free trial period lasts for 30 days.

Our site will prompt you to enter payment information in order to sign up for your free trial period. You will need to enter either a valid credit card or PayPal account. We do not charge at the time of sign up. After your free trial period expires you will be billed monthly.

If you choose a yearly membership, you will be billed immediately. If within 14 days of purchase you choose not to continue with the course, you may request a full refund.

Yes - no contract, no cancellation fees, no commitment.

It's easy to cancel online anytime, and if you do so you will not be billed again at the end of your current billing cycle (ie: monthly/yearly).

Content is delivered in sequential blocks.

The course content is suitable for a wide variety of regions and climates.

Most of the featured experts are based in the USA and Australia.

We will be covering advice for overwintering in cold climates as well as ways to help your bees in very hot climates.

If you are a monthly subscriber and you don't want to wait for content drops, you can access all of our available content by switching to a yearly subscription. To do this, you should cancel your existing monthly subscription and purchase a yearly subscription. Please contact us if you have any questions about switching.

If you subscribed with a debit or credit card:

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
  • Select the Cancel button.

 

Or, if you subscribed with PayPal:

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
  • Select Manage Subscription in Paypal.

You will then be redirected to your PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.

  • Click Payments in the top menu.
  • Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
  • Select Beeinventive Pty Ltd in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Cancel button.
  • Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments.

 

Alternatively, you can contact us and let us know that you would like to cancel your membership.

If you purchase a yearly membership, you will be charged immediately. The subscription payment will renew after 1 year if it is not cancelled before then.

If you choose a monthly membership, your first payment will be deducted 30 days after you sign up, and every 30 days for as long as you remain a member.

Membership payments are capped at 2 annual payments or 24 monthly payments. Members that have subscribed to the course for 1 year can retain access to the lessons in year 1.

Members that subscribe for 2 years retain ongoing access to the full course, including any new lessons that are produced.

Yes, you can buy a 12-month gift subscription which provides a sign-up link and a digital gift card that you can forward to your gift recipient, plus a printable card if you’d like to have something to give in person.

To request a gift subscription, send us an email and tell us which currency you want to purchase it with (AUD, USD or EUR).

Yes. After completing the first 50 lessons, you unlock an assessment. Pass the assessment to receive a personalised, downloadable certificate of achievement. Please note that this certificate is not formally recognised/accredited by any official regulatory body.
